Conferences & MeetingsThe tranquil atmosphere, free from distractions, is ideal for your next conference or meeting. KMC’s experienced staff will assist you in all of your planning needs. Reservations may be made up to a year in advance. For more information, please call (808) 967-8333 or e-mail groups@kmc-volcano.com.Special Functions The function rooms are also available for private parties, banquets, or special events. Function Rooms Our spacious meeting rooms can accommodate up to 250 people. There are four meeting rooms available – Ohia, Koa, Lehua and Iliahi. Some rooms feature internet and fiber optic service. Audio-visual equipment is also available for rental. Room capacities will depend upon your specific meeting or banquet requirements. In addition, the KMC Theater, Mini-Theater, Café and Lava Lounge may be reserved for a private function. The set up of these rooms is limited to existing seating arrangements. Rates & Hours of Use The function rooms may be reserved for separate four hour periods or combinations as noted below. Tables and chairs are provided. Set up is not included with these rates. Please inquire for additional set up fees. (Rates may be subject to change.)
